Return and Refund Policy

We always strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

If the received item(s) seem to be either DOA (Dead on Arrival) or different, we will immediately replace the item(s). We are very responsive in providing customer service, so please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

If you wish to return a non-defective product for any reasons within 7 days from the purchase date, we will impose a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept the return after the 7 days from the purchase date. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable, and the customer must return the item out of his or her own expense. Usual refund processing time is in between 3-5 business days. Please note, all missing items will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.
